Vendor Payment, Cancellation & Credit Policy

By submitting payment for a vendor space, the vendor acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:

All vendor payments are final and non-refundable. No cash, check, or credit/debit card refunds will be issued for vendor cancellations, event postponements, rescheduling, weather-related circumstances, or other circumstances that may affect the event.

If an event is postponed or rescheduled, all vendor payments will automatically transfer to the rescheduled event date.

If the event organizer determines that a vendor credit is appropriate, the amount paid will be issued as a vendor credit only and may be applied toward a future eligible event produced by the organizer. Vendor credits have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for a monetary refund.

Failure or inability of a vendor to attend an event does not entitle the vendor to a refund.

By submitting payment, the vendor confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted this No Refund / Vendor Credit Only Policy.
